Interior Waterproofing

Interior Waterproofing
Ideal For: All Foundations Types of 54LnFt or Larger
A complete waterproofing system of treatment that includes; Standard Excavation & Access Area Concrete Demolition, Drainage Pipe Installation, Backfill, Concrete Pour Replacement (of Demolished Areas), and 25 Year Warranty.
Pros:

Quicker duration of construction time than with exterior waterproofing.

Often less costly than with exterior waterproofing.

Great for resale value.

Can be renovated over in as little as 30 days (concrete curing period).
Cons:

Concrete floors require demolishing in order to access footing. This can be not only loud (jackhammers), but is also very dusty (even with fans and taping off areas).

Concrete must completely cure before adding walls, framing, fooring, etc.
Exterior Waterproofing

Polyurethane Foam Crack Injections
Ideal For: Structural & Non-Structural Concrete Cracks.

Pros:

Polyurethane injections are the quickest and least invasive option available, can be done in all conditions (wet, dry, actively leaking), and last indefinitely.

Most bookings can be completed within an hour (when exposed before repair, and depending on number of cracks), with no need to vacate your home.

Can be covered over in the same day.

Ideal over Epoxy due to its flexibility (over seasonal pressure movements), its curing time, and its odours (while still present, isn’t nearly as strong or long lasting as epoxy).
Cons:

We don’t warranty previously injected cracks done by our competitors. By not knowing their products, practices; it’s not always possible to completely remove their product before injecting ours; though we have successfully corrected many failed attempts made by our competitors.

Ideal For: Foundations Requiring Localized Areas of Protection at 8-28 LnFt.

The same complete waterproofing system as the full size, only more concentrated to a smaller area of deterioration. This includes of 2-layers of treatment that includes; Standard Excavation, Drainage Pipe Installation, Backfill, and 25 Year Warranty.
Pros:

A great option when only a certain area has deterioration and full walls aren’t needed.

Can be performed in as little as a day in most cases.
Cons:

Does not give complete home protection.
Drainage

Drainage
The key to keeping your home dry and your foundation sound is to facilitate and optimize drainage directing water pathways away from your home. Even something as innocent as an eavestrough allowed to empty at the corner of your home (like a asphalt driveway, or onto a clay tile leading to your flower bed0, can cause heavy deterioration to your foundation in as little as 2 years.

The following services we offer can aid in protecting your home and include a 2 years warranty.

Eavestrough Reroute: Often requires extensions redirecting rainwater away from home.

Underground Downspout: Connects to your downspouts collecting rainwater underground and carrying it to a safe designated area to empty.

Storm Drains & Catch Basins: Carries excessive water to appropriate areas the same way as Underground Downspouts.

Window Wells: When properly installed, protect the area, collects water, carrying it to the weeping/drainage tile at the footing.

French Drains: like weeping tile, allows a steady flow of water, carrying it through the constructed channel, to the city sewage, ponds, a dry well, etc.

Dry Wells: A constructed end point created to slowly dissipate excess water.

Sump System Installations & Pumps: Draws water from beneath your home to expel it to appropriate designated areas. We have a variety of pump options and back up systems to best fit your needs and preferences, always buying Canadian/American Quality Products.

Water Deflection Service: Solution to heavily deteriorated localized areas prone to flooding. Not a permanent fix but intended to work in tandem with other systems when overflow is a factor.

Wall Cavity Release: Performed to concentrate the flow to which flooded a block wall foundation has become filled with water, as a means to control where the water is drained from. This is not a permanent solution, but intended to lessen interior water damage (mold and otherwise), until full waterproofing repairs can begin.
Reinforcement

Carbon Fiber & Steel
For: Walls having structural issues such as with “Bowing” or showing signs of movement.

We offer a variety of options depending on possible reinforcement needs. While not always a permanent solution, reinforcement works with wall repairs to prevent further movement and regain stability. For all our reinforcement options we include 10 Year Warranty.

Realtors' Package
Most companies are able to offer free estimates (and often charge for the inspection), in order to submit their bid on the requested project for consideration of future business.

We on the other hand, offer both for free within the Niagara Region; -Provided you are the owner of the home, or are the leading site contractor given owners permission to appoint repairs. Sounds fair right?

Almost, it leaves out the realtor and homeowners in the process of buying. We don’t want to do that, so while we do charge a small service fee in order to extend this service to you (realtor/home-seeker), we offer a couple of extras to sweeten the deal.

Inspection Service & Documentation: We inspection your whole foundation, inside and exterior grounds, giving you a full written report of our findings.

Courtesy Quote: We give you our best recommendation to remedy the issues, full with pricing and duration projections.
