Whether demolition or removal is needed (billed separately), the following steps are what you can expect for most concrete constructs;

Block Repair, Repointing, & Refinishing

From minor sill cracks to concrete block replacement, masonry repairs can take on many shapes and sizes but rest assured, all of our projects are headed by well seasoned professionals who either perform 100% of the service themselves or are present onsite to oversee your project.

The following services include a 2 years warranty, and nearly all of them include waste removal.

This service includes a 2 year warranty.

Considerations:

This project requires an outside temperature of at least 10C and 3 days of dry weather, for proper curing.

This service includes a 2 year warranty.

This project requires an outside temperature of at least 10C and 3 days of dry weather, plus an additional day before backfilling, for proper curing.

Sump Systems

Sump Systems
​
Sump systems are the barest of necessity, when it comes to interior home drainage. They are designed to draw water through the pump, and direct it out away from the home.
​
This system works best when used in tandem with waterproofing, but for some may be enough on its own, (depending on your soil composition, climate, grading, and location).
​
Once it can be determined what your overall drainage needs are, we can present you options on the size unit your home needs based on square footage; Then, which type of system bests suits your preferences.

Window Wells

Window Wells
​
When properly installed, window wells protect the area, collects water, carrying it to the weeping/drainage tile at the footing. This is accomplished by containing the water within the well, through a layer of stone, then directing it down a pipe, down to the weeping tile, which then carries it away from the home.
​
Simple right?
Our installations include one extra step. We include a 2-Layer waterproofing cover of protection to ensure optimal safeguarding to the whole area, because we know just how vulnerable the window is to cracking. With the area covered, water won't be able to deteriorate your foundation wall from these common access points.
​
Our Window Well Installations come with a 2 year warranty.
​
We do recommend having your wells flushed or cleaned periodically.

Drainage Systems

Drainage Systems
​
The key to keeping your home dry and your foundation sound is to facilitate and optimize drainage directing water pathways away from your home. Even something as innocent as an eavestrough allowed to empty at the corner of your home (like a asphalt driveway, or onto a clay tile leading to your flower bed0, can cause heavy deterioration to your foundation in as little as 2 years.

The following services we offer can aid in protecting your home and include a 2 years warranty.

Eavestrough Reroute: Often requires extensions redirecting rainwater away from home.

Underground Downspout: Connects to your downspouts collecting rainwater underground and carrying it to a safe designated area to empty.

Storm Drains & Catch Basins: Carries excessive water to appropriate areas the same way as Underground Downspouts.

French Drains: like weeping tile, allows a steady flow of water, carrying it through the constructed channel, to the city sewage, ponds, a dry well, etc.

Dry Wells: A constructed end point created to slowly dissipate excess water.

Sump System Installations & Pumps: Draws water from beneath your home to expel it to appropriate designated areas. We have a variety of pump options and back up systems to best fit your needs and preferences, always buying Canadian/American Quality Products.

Water Deflection Service: Solution to heavily deteriorated localized areas prone to flooding. Not a permanent fix but intended to work in tandem with other systems when overflow is a factor.

Wall Cavity Release: Performed to concentrate the flow to which flooded a block wall foundation has become filled with water, as a means to control where the water is drained from. This is not a permanent solution, but intended to lessen interior water damage (mold and otherwise), until full waterproofing repairs can begin.

Realtors' Package
Most companies are able to offer free estimates (and often charge for the inspection), in order to submit their bid on the requested project for consideration of future business.

We on the other hand, offer both for free within the Niagara Region; -Provided you are the owner of the home, or are the leading site contractor given owners permission to appoint repairs. Sounds fair right?
​
Almost, it leaves out the realtor and homeowners in the process of buying. We don’t want to do that, so while we do charge a small service fee in order to extend this service to you (realtor/home-seeker), we offer a couple of extras to sweeten the deal.

Package Includes:

Inspection Service & Documentation: We inspection your whole foundation, inside and exterior grounds, giving you a full written report of our findings.

Courtesy Quote: We give you our best recommendation to remedy the issues, full with pricing and duration projections.

Extended Estimate: The quote is guaranteed valid and useable for a full 6 months to whomever makes purchase of the home.
